    The quickest way to get your payoff quote is to use our convenient and easy self-service options on mymortgage.arvest.com. With 24/7 access, you can make a payment, get a payoff quote, view recent activity and much more.

    To discuss other options for getting your payoff quote, please contact Arvest Bank Mortgage Servicing at (800) 366-2132. You can also get your payoff quote by using the automated phone system and entering this info:

    • Last 4 digits of your SSN
    • Full loan number
    • Return fax number
    • Date for the payoff quote

    All payoff statements requested through the automated phone system are processed and returned via fax within 48 hours.

    If you work for a title company and need to request a payoff quote, info about partial releases, etc., call (800) 366-2132 to access the automated phone system.

    Written borrower authorization is required for payoff quotes and other confidential loan details when requested via email or fax.
