Log-in Issues

We’ve fixed the issue with Login IDs that are more than 30 characters. Those customers who were affected should now be able to successfully access the system. Thank you for your patience. 

At this time, there may be delays up to 48 hours for account login resets or unlocks requiring Customer Care assistance.

Payment Posting Delays

Unfortunately, we are continuing to experience delays with payment processing. During this time, the funds for your mortgage payment may not appear as withdrawn from your bank account. Once payments are applied to your loan, they will be effective on the date originally received.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we diligently work to resolve these delays and restore the level of service you expect. At Arvest, we’re committed to providing the best service possible. This processing delay is not the experience we wish for our customers. We are doing our best to ensure you are not negatively impacted by our payment processing delays related to this system update.

If you are trying to make a payment, you can call Mortgage Customer Care at (800) 366-2132, opt. 2 to pay through the phone system. We are experiencing higher than normal call volume, which may result in extended wait times in our phone system.
