    Tips for insurance claims from recent storms.

    If you’ve been affected by recent storms, we want you to know we’re here to help. We’re committed to giving exceptional customer service to relieve some of your stress during this challenging time.

    • If your home has been declared a total loss, please contact us directly at (800) 366-2132.
    • If your replacement cost value is $40,000 or less and meets certain other conditions, Arvest Bank can add our endorsement via mail, and return to you, so you can claim your funds. 
    • If your check meets the conditions for endorsement via mail, please call ahead to notify us of your claim, and forward your unendorsed check to P.O. Box 399, Lowell, AR 72745.
    • If your claim doesn't meet the conditions, please forward it to Arvest Bank Mortgage Servicing, and include an endorsement from all parties listed on the check.
    • For claims with a replacement cost value of greater than $40,000, a licensed contractor is required for the restoration. For eligibility, your property must be restored to at least the original property value.
